Are you looking for free iPad apps that you can use in the classroom? If so, visit the iPads for Learning and Instruction research guide today:

a. Go to the Tyndale Education Library website: www.tyndale.ca/library/education
b. Click on the Online Resources tab
c. Click on the iPads for Learning and Instruction link in the list of featured guides

The iPads for Learning and Instruction research guide contains links to free iPad apps that you can use for classroom instruction, classroom management, and learning assessment. It also contains links to the best Tyndale Library databases that you can use to find articles on how to best use iPads in the classroom.

Introduction to Weebly (Wednesdays, January 8, 15, 22 & 29)

Are you looking for a free and easy web platform to use to create a website for a future assignment or class? If so, sign up for the Introduction to Weebly workshop today to learn how to use this free web based software.

iPad Drop-in: Science (Thursdays, January 9, 16, 22 & 29)

Get your iPads out and take charge in this month’s iPad Drop-in for Science. In this workshop you will have the opportunity to explore a number of free apps that you can use to teach science. Attendees will also have a chance to present their app to their colleagues.
