Leading a Dynamic Ministry

Orim M. Meikle migrated to Canada with his family from the Caribbean Island of Jamaica in the year 1975. Many years later, upon conclusion of his primary and secondary education he became a born again Christian, and embarked upon his current journey as a servant of God and His Kingdom.

He is a graduate of the prestigious Tyndale University College & Seminary, earning his Bachelors Degree in Religious Studies. He is the founder of Rhema Christian Ministries of Canada Inc., a registered charitable & not-for-profit ministry organization headquartered in Toronto, Canada, where he serves as Senior Pastor and Chairman. Under his leadership, Rhema Christian Ministries has grown from 20 people to a membership of over 2000 believers in just seven years, with national branches in urban centers such as Ottawa and Calgary.

On a ministerial level he is a registered member of the Father’s House Alliance; a global fellowship of churches under the leadership of Bishop Eddie L Long. He is also an ordained minister within the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies of Canada.

Pastor Meikle has made his voice heard in the areas of radio and television. He formerly hosted The Pastor Orim Meikle Show; a contemporary radio talk show heard nationally on CFRB Newstalk 1010AM. His current television broadcast Rhema Today, airing weekly on CTS Channel 9 and daily via web cast, is viewed by millions.

In a very short period of time, he has gained the reputation of being one of Canada’s most dynamic leaders. His recognition as a prominent leader is the result of vision, focus and the pursuit of excellence. His down to earth attitude and compassion for people has made him a father to many while giving him the ear and the attention of this current generation.

Pastor Meikle, his wife Judith, their son Jalen, and daughter Jasmine Rose, currently reside in Markham, Ontario.
