Second Retirement - Itching to Go

After retiring from pastoral ministry in 2008, and taking the Outreach Canada Transition Ministry Course, my wife Jeannette and I took on an interim pastorate in Perth, Ontario.

Twenty-one months later, at the end of June 2011, we were thrilled that a good lead pastor (a Tyndale grad) was appointed to that church and we entered our second retirement.  But, to quote the Apostle Paul, "Woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel!" So I'm itching to get going again.
