Our Co-op Program can help you reduce the costs associated with recruiting through traditional sources. Your participation provides you the opportunity to evaluate potential students for employment after graduation, market your business and establish your presence to Tyndale students and faculty.


Service to Employers
  • Job matching and placement support – our Co-op Program recruits, prescreens, and matches candidates for you based on your specific hiring requirements
  • Onsite visit – an onsite visit is conducted during the work term to address issues and concerns raised by the student and/or employer
  • Ongoing support - ongoing support is provided by the Co-op Coordinator during the work term to ensure your needs and expectations are met
