Grace has a diverse background, having worked in marketing, teaching, and currently in health promotion and adult education with Cancer Care Ontario. Counselling is her ministry, and her desire is for you to live to your full potential. She will journey with you through grief, bereavement and loss, and can help you live abundantly despite physical and mental conditions, including learning disabilities and acute or chronic health concerns. Grace can facilitate discovery of ways to overcome mood issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress; and assist in improving relationships, and recovering from abuse, trauma and current or past impact of family of origin issues. She also has training in counselling to heal from addictions, such as tobacco use. Grace works with both students and community clients at Tyndale Counselling Services, and also has a private practice. She has experience working with individuals, couples, parents and families. Grace spends her leisure time with her family, watching movies or reading a good historical novel.
