Grace has a diverse background, having worked in marketing, teaching, and currently in health promotion and adult education with Cancer Care Ontario. Grace journeys with clients through grief, bereavement and loss, and will assist clients to live abundantly despite physical and mental conditions, including learning disabilities and acute or chronic health concerns. Grace can facilitate discovery of ways to overcome mood issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress, and can assist in improving relationships and recovering from abuse, trauma and current or past impact of family of origin issues. She also has training in counselling to heal from addictions, such as tobacco use. Grace works with both Tyndale students and Family Life Centre clients and also has a private practice. She has experience working with individuals, couples, parents and families. Grace spends her leisure time with her family, watching movies or reading a good historical novel.
