As a counsellor, Jessica is passionate about helping others find their voice and has walked alongside those struggling with anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, loss and life transitions, and addiction.
Jessica has a special interest in working with bi-cultural families and individuals, faith and identity issues, vocational exploration, burnout, spiritual abuse recovery, and multi-faith families. In addition to talk therapy, she enjoys using creative approaches and mediums to enrich and deepen the therapeutic work.
Jessica earned her Masters in Counselling Psychology at Trinity Western University and has practiced in a wide range of settings. When not at Tyndale, Jessica does research work with meaning-based therapy, continues to study theology, and sees clients in her private practice.
