In her work as a counsellor, Jessica is passionate about helping others find their voice and is experienced in supporting those who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unhealthy relationships, abuse, loss and life transitions, and addiction. Jessica is a trained facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich couples assessment program and has a special interest in working with bi-cultural families and individuals, faith and identity issues, vocational exploration, burnout, spiritual abuse recovery, and multi-faith families. She enjoys using creative approaches and mediums to enrich and deepen the therapeutic work. Jessica earned her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University, has worked across a number of Christian denominations, and has practiced in a wide range of settings, from social services to private practice. She works with Tyndale students and Family Life Centre clients. In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing violin and singing in ensembles, frequents used bookstores, and continues to study theology.
