In her work as a counsellor, Jessica is passionate about helping others find their voice and is experienced in supporting those who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unhealthy relationships, abuse, loss and life transitions, and addiction. Jessica is a trained facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich couples assessment program and has a special interest in working with bi-cultural families and individuals, faith and identity issues, vocational exploration, burnout, spiritual abuse recovery, and multi-faith families. In addition to talk therapy, she enjoys using creative approaches and mediums to enrich and deepen the therapeutic work.
Jessica, a Registered Psychotherapist, earned her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University, has worked across a number of Christian denominations, and has practiced in a wide range of settings, from social services to private practice. In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing violin and singing in ensembles, frequents used bookstores, and continues to study theology.
