Although a Torontonian by birth, Joyce, along with her husband, has spent most of her adult life in Nigeria and more recently in Kenya. She has a compassionate place in her heart for people in ministry and/or in global transition. She understands the complexities of transitioning to a new culture and the challenges of re-entry such as anxiety, depression, belonging, loss, grief, burnout, self worth and trauma. Joyce feels privileged to journey with anyone who wonders about life’s questions: Who am I? Why am I here? Do I matter to anyone? Wherever she lives she enjoys a good cup of tea and reflective writing.
