Vivian loves helping youth find their strengths and identity and build self-confidence. She has assisted youth who are new to Canada with adjusting to the new environment, home sickness and psychosocial issues. Vivian has experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, academic issues, boundaries, depression, interpersonal relationships, communications, cultural adjustment, marriage preparation, parenting, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem, stress management, time management, trauma and ADHD. Vivian has training in Prepare & Enrich, MBTI, EFT and Focusing. She also uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Vivian tutors at a Learning Centre and at church she has conducted self-esteem seminars and serves in the Lay Counselling ministry. She enjoys music, reading and spending time with family and friends.
