Human Resource Planning

In all kinds of organizations, business managers, executive directors and human resources managers need to design and develop plans and forecasts for human capital. In this subject area, students learn how to develop a strategic human resource plan including the design of organizational structures. Topics will include analyzing the plan for implications in hiring at various levels, staff training and development and placement and promotion of staff throughout the organization. Prerequisite: BUSI 301.
