Parachurch Youth Ministry

Students explore the role of parachurch youth ministry in Canada through such topics as: theology, history and philosophy of parachurch organizations, the relationship between church and parachurch, the parachurch in public institutions and the contribution of the parachurch to (cross-cultural) missions, both domestic and abroad. Students also have the opportunity to learn from representatives from various parachurch ministries such as Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship, Youth For Christ, Youth Unlimited, Youth With a Mission, Navigators, Campus Crusade for Christ and ethnic parachurches.
