In partnership with the Lead Pastor, ensure consistently high quality weekly worship services that are fully accessible to people with no church background, intentionally and thoughtfully crafted, and representative of the cultural context of the Annex neighbourhood in Toronto. The Annex is primarily populated by young professionals, academics, and artists from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Additional Information
This position is flexible and intended to be shaped around the strengths, gifts, and availability of those serving in the role. Music is a key component of our worship, but need not be the sole focus of a worship leader.
