PROGRAM/MINISTRY FACILITATION: Along with other community youth workers and the program director, the successful candidate will develop and facilitate programs and ministries that share the message and love of Jesus Christ, provide spiritual development, and mentorship relationships. Through weekly gatherings or programs develop caring relationships with youth and assisting in developing their whole person (mentally, physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually).

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: YFC London connects the ministry passion of individuals with the staff who are living out that mission in community. Therefore each staff is to develop a ministry partner team. Their monthly financial
contributions are directed into the tangible work that staff are doing in community. Each staff is to stay connected with each Ministry Partner so that they receive direct and current updates on each ministry. This provides them with additional information for prayer and/or to direct additional gifts to assist with new initiatives.

REPORT TO: Community Youth Program Director
Community Youth Workers report directly to the Program Director and will be
evaluated/affirmed on an annual basis. S/he will advise the program Director regarding the needs of the program/ministries and participate in the planning and executing of programs and ministries.

• Spiritually mature with a solid theological/biblical foundation
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
• Willing to be active in evangelism and discipleship
• Have a passion to advocate on behalf of youth
• Organizational and administrative abilities
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Must engage in partner development and raise personal financial support
(all ministry staff are required to raise 100% of their salary support)
