Establish and Equip a Larger Adjoining Bayview Campus

Since the agreement was made with the Sisters of St. Joseph in 2007, Tyndale has been hard at work readying the campus for the Tyndale community. The Bayview Campus is now being used by the Bachelor of Education program, the Admissions department, and the Development department.

Tyndale replaced the roofs, some doors and windows at both the high school and the motherhouse, making them more environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Tyndale has also built the Education Library to support the Bachelor of Education program, though it can and is used by all of Tyndale’s student body.

To date, $44 million of the proposed $58 million has been raised for the purchase and mortgage of the Bayview Campus. As Tyndale moves closer towards moving other programs over to the Bayview Campus, more renovations will be needed to maximize the space as a place of higher education.
