If you have forgotten either your username and password, these are retrievable by selecting the Help | Username & Password link below the login fields. This will take you to the My Account page.
From My Account, enter the requested information and select Recover Username or Password to find your username or reset your password.
Click on the orange box to start the process.
Enter the requested information and select Next.
Password Reset Help:
- Student ID: Your Tyndale Student ID Number
- Postal Code: Your Postal Code or Zip Code
- YEAR of Birth: The four digit year when you were born
If your information is correct, an e-mail will be sent to your personal e-mail address including your username and a link to reset your password:
Select Reset my password to be taken to the Password Reset Page
Enter your new password and confirm it before selecting Reset password. You will be then taken your MyTyndale home.
