How To: Changing your Password with Outlook Web App (For Staff and Faculty Only)

Note:  For students, use the instructions for changing your password on MyTyndale.

 

All Tyndale University College Faculty and Staff with an e-mail account will have access to the Outlook Web App at https://exchange.tyndale.ca.

For part time instructors, you will receive an e-mail with a temporary username and password.  Follow these instructions to update your password. 

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://exchange.tyndale.ca
  2. Log in using your Tyndale username and password and select Sign in

 

  1. From the main page, select Options

 

 

  1. From Options, select Change Your Password

 

 

  1. Enter your old password, new password, and repeat your new password.  When complete, select Save

 

  1. You may need to re-enter your user name and password again to return to your Outlook Web App session
