Appointment of David Kraulis, new Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration
For Immediate Release: Toronto, Ontario – Tyndale University College and Tyndale Seminary is pleased to announce the appointment of David Kraulis (CPA, CA) as the new Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration of Tyndale University College & Seminary. Mr. Kraulis will have oversight and accountability over corporate finance and provide leadership to pan-institution corporate services as well as serve as a member of the Cabinet (Senior Executive Team).
Mr. Kraulis is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in creating and optimizing processes. He has an understanding of all financial and business operations hailing from a unique combination of roles at Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, FedEx, The Canadian Cancer Society and public accounting. Most recently, he has been leading a team in the review and optimization of business processes across multiple corporate banners for Canadian Tire.
For nearly 20 years, he has faithfully served as a board member and treasurer of the Sanfilippo Children’s Research Foundation in which he received the Tim Horton’s Humanitarian of the Year Award in March 2012.

Beginning his role in mid-September, Mr. Kraulis joins the Tyndale community after a comprehensive search following the resignation of Randy Henderson. Mr. Henderson played a crucial role in his 10 years of service providing strong leadership with Tyndale’s financial direction and overseeing the transition from the former campus to Tyndale’s present location on Bayview Avenue in Toronto.
