Human Services - Social Service Work Track
The Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a Social Service Worker Diploma is offered in partnership with Seneca College. It allows you to complete a bachelor degree and diploma in only four years of full-time study. Upon graduation you will gain the knowledge and skills to work in a variety of social service agencies or pursue a Masters degree.

Degree and Diploma
Our program provides you the opportunity to earn both a university degree and college diploma in the field of social services. It takes an interdisciplinary approach that promotes a broad and full experience where you will learn how to learn, how to think, and how to bring other fields of study into your practice of social services.
Academic and Applied
At Tyndale, you will learn how to apply theoretical knowledge to help clients work through solutions to personal challenges. You will complete academic courses on: human development, sociology, social work, and research methods. Furthermore, you will complete an internship to practice social service worker principles and responsibilities in a workplace setting.
Registered Social Service Worker Designation
Our program gives you the credentials to be a Registered Social Service Worker (R.S.S.W) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. You will have the ability to secure employment in secular and Christian social service agencies.

Diploma in Social Work
Students receive 30 credit hours for completing the 10-month program at Seneca College. All requirements for the Diploma must be met in order for the student to be eligble to receive the BA in Human Services.
