Tyndale’s Bachelor of Education program (B.Ed.) is committed to educating and equipping graduates to teach today’s diverse learners with the utmost commitment to professionalism, collegiality, equity, service and excellence.

Teacher Candidates can expect to be immersed into the teaching profession through learning about all of Ontario’s core curricular areas in the primary/junior or junior/intermediate divisions, learning from experienced faculty, interacting with a wide range of educational stakeholders, being exposed to a variety of classroom settings, developing perspectives on key educational issues, and forming values required by the educational enterprise.

The Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities has deemed Tyndale’s program to be one that meets and exceeds all requirements. And, upon successful completion of the program, Tyndale’s graduates will be eligible for an Ontario Teaching Certificate through the Ontario College of Teachers.
