RSS Feed
What is RSS?
"RSS is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video in a standardized format. An RSS document (which is called a "feed," "web feed," or "channel") includes full or summarized text plus metadata such as publishing dates and authorship." more

How can RSS help me?
To use RSS you will need a RSS reader. I am recommending Google Reader but there are many others out there as well. Once you find a web site you would like to subscribe to (have their information sent to your reader) - just add the feed link to your RSS reader. Each time a new item is added to the site it will automatically show up in your reader.
