Leadership and the Learning Organization looks at assessing the effect of projects and critical incidents on people and organizations, examines the learning organization, and raises Biblical, theological, and practical questions related to action, accountability, and resilience. Discusses how findings can be presented and the lessons embedded in the group. Includes week 1 of summer residency. 1st half, Year 3.
