Urban Ministry I: Understanding the City

Introduction to urban society, its dynamics, systems and culture. Section I focuses on urban sociology, biblical theology of the city and societal forces shaping urban life. Examines the status and role of the church in the city, as well as the impact of urban culture on churches and their ministries. Some classes are held off campus. Same as PAST 435.
