Applying to the Program

To apply, please complete the Tyndale Seminary application form, plus a supplementary form specifically designed for this program. You must meet the standard admissions criteria for all students.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

  • Completion of the Tyndale Seminary application form
  • Completion of a supplementary application form specifically for this program
  • On campus interview with candidates
  • Telephone interview with candidate’s referees
  • Evidence of being endorsed by a church, denomination or agency


Application Deadline

The deadline for application to the MDiv In-Ministry Program is April 1(there is flexiblity in certain circumstances). All applications and supporting materials must be submitted by this date, unless special arrangements have been made with the admissions office.

Confirmation Deadline

The program has a cap on the number of students admitted into each cohort. As well, we require that the first year of Greek be completed prior to beginning the program. These two factors mean that we will need a firm decision from each successful applicant by the 15th of April, prior to the fall start. We will ask you to confirm your decision at this time with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. This money will then be applied to your account. We ask that this decision be made at this time so that, should you decide not to proceed with your application, there is still sufficient time remaining to allow a person on the waiting list to prepare to begin Greek in May.
