As a member of the Tyndale Association of Spiritual Directors, you will enjoy:

1. Networking and providing mutual support
   
   • Maintaining contact and providing networking opportunities since spiritual direction can be a lonely endeavour, especially in an evangelical setting.

   • Facilitating the formation of group supervision, especially for directors from the spiritual direction practicum at Tyndale Seminary.

2. Providing ministry and contact information on the TASD website
   

   • Facilitating the connection between people seeking direction and spiritual directors.

3. Resourcing for Professional Development
   
   • Sharing ideas for resources with one another.
   • Maintaining contact with Tyndale Seminary and learning about upcoming events, programs and courses relative to spiritual formation/direction.

   • Opportunity to provide input to Tyndale Seminary for ongoing continuing education/formation of spiritual directors.

4. Working together on common issues
   
   • Keeping in touch with issues such as the need for liability insurance.

   • Developing ways of creating awareness of the ministry of spiritual direction in the church.

5. Lower fees for TASD organized events.

6. Eligibility for bursary assistance for TASD organized events when available.

7. For regular members,
   
   • Serving on the Executive Committee.

   • Having the right to vote in the affairs of the Association.
