2017 Wesley Ministry Conference

Join us for an inspiring day with Ben Witherington III as he addresses the authoritative character of Scripture and how it relates to challenging issues facing the church today. It will also be a chance to gather for worship and fellowship with other Wesleyan church leaders.

Dr. Witherington is Amos Professor of New Testament for Doctoral Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary and on the doctoral faculty at St. Andrews University in Scotland. He is the author of over fifty books, including The Jesus Quest and The Paul Quest, both of which were selected as top biblical studies works by Christianity Today. He also writes for many church and scholarly publications, and is a frequent contributor to the Patheos website. Along with many interviews on radio networks across the country, Witherington has been seen on the History Channel, NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, The Discovery Channel, A&E, and the PAX Network.

This event is being planned jointly by Tyndale Seminary and several Wesleyan bodies: The Brethren in Christ, the Church of the Nazarene, the Free Methodist Church, The Salvation Army, the Wesleyan Church, and the Toronto Chinese Methodist Church.

The Ministry Conference is being offered in conjunction with the Wesley Studies Symposium on April 25 and a worship event on the evening of April 23 featuring Dr. Swee Hong Lim.
