Fees & Application

Keep your costs down by living on residence. The residence cost includes more than just your room and board.  Beyond that you have the added benefits of residence lounges, security system for residence accessibility, convenience of access to classes and other amenities on campus.  Compared to $1400/month for a bachelor apartment in Toronto, cost of commuting and food purchase and preparation.  By having a declining balance tax free meal plan as part of your cost of residence you are able to easily track your food costs.  Secure your position by filling out a residence application form and sending your $200 deposit.

You can download our suggested packing list to help you prepare for your year in residence as well as an inforamtion sheet on the residence application process.
