Fees & Application

Keep your costs down by living on residence. The residence cost includes your room and board.  Beyond that you have the added benefits of convenience of access to classes and other amenities on campus.  Compared to $3200 for a bachelor apartment in Toronto, cost of commuting and food purchase and preparation.  By having an all-inclusive meal plan as part of your cost of residence you are able to easily track your food costs.  Secure your position by filling out a residence application form and sending your $200 deposit.

Double Room (with a sink): $3,190* / semester
Double Room (with a 1/2 bathroom: Toilet & Sink): $3,240* / semester
Single Room (with a sink): $4,495* / semester
Single Room (with a 1/2 bathroom): $4,545* / semester
Large Single Room** (with a sink): $4,725* / semester
Large Single Room** (with a 1/2 bathroom): $4,775* / semester
 
All fees include a Tax free meal plan* and Residence admin fees
**New room option this year: a double sized room as a single

Tyndale B.Ed Resident

 
The B.Ed residence fee covers 12 months (Aug. 1, 2016 - July 31, 2017).  Student Financial Services will work with each B.ED applicant to develop a manageable payment plan.  The final fee covering Aug. 1 - Nov. 30, 2017 will be available in the Winter 2017 Academic semester.
 
Single Room (with a 1/2 bathroom): $12,240* (12 months)
Single Room (with a sink): $12,090* (12 months)

All fees include a meal credit* (only available in the Fall and Winter Semesters) and Residence admin fees
