The Retreat 2017 Application Form

Tyndale University College students currently enrolled in a BA or non-modular BRE, are invited to the Tyndale U Retreat at Muskoka Bible Center (MBC) on September 29 - October 1, 2017.

Muskoka Bible Center is located on Mary Lake just 2 hours north of Tyndale. 

The Retreat Fees:

First Years: $35

Second Years: Early Bird Special is $35

Third & Fourth+ Years: $75

Please remember that your application is not complete without payment.  You will recieve confirmation of your spot on the retreat once your payment has been recieved.  Please note: your fee is non-refundable.

If you are a transfer student, put the year you are at Tyndale, not what you will be coming into Tyndale.
Preferred sleep time: (1-early to bed, 5-who needs sleep)
Noise level in the room (1-very quiet, 5-can sleep through anything)
Light in the room (1-pitch black, 5-can sleep through anything)
Each room will have multiple people in the room, much like a cabin at a camp. This information will help us room people in spaces where they can maintain their preferred routine as much as possible. Please note that there is no guarantee.
There are several bunks per cabin space. If you have someone you'd room with, please put their name here.
In case of an Emergency

In the event of an emergency it is important that you have these pieces of ID with you at the retreat.

  • License or other form of photo ID
  • Medical Health card (it must be the original)
  • Medical Insurance information (if you are an international student)

If you have severe allergies that require an auto injection of epinephrine please ensure you have it with you at all times.

If you have any other health conditions that you are concerned about, please feel free to contact Shannon Loewen at sloewen [at] tyndale [dot] ca, the Community Life Senior Manager, to explain, or ensure your friend or trusted cabin mate is aware of your needs in case of an emergency.

Tyndale University College & Seminary respects your privacy.  Personal information that you provide to Tyndale will be protected at all times in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  In accordance with this act Tyndale is not permitted to discuss any information with parents/guardians without written consent from students who are 18 years of age and older.
