Diploma of Foundations In Missional Ministry and Church Leadership Professor Teaching

Leading Your Congregation in Missional Ministry

Course Instructor: Dr. Narry Santos

With the mission of God as our reason for existence, we are called to lead, equip, and release the people of God to engage the community in that mission. As church leaders in a multicultural Canadian context, what are the understandings, attitudes, and skills that serve this mission and the church? This course will look at who we are as leaders, and how we can grow in our ability to model, minister, and mentor effectively, and then to empower others in teams to do the same. The course will also use the leadership framework of character, care, and competence to lead your congregation in missional ministry.
