Steve Hoke and Bill Taylor have observed that “as we move into the third millennium, the church of Jesus Christ had become truly globalized, and missions is now from all nations to all nations” (Hoke and Taylor 1999:19). With the growth of the Two-Thirds World Church, it has begun to assume a greater responsibility for world missions (Harley 1995:4).
