Steve Hoke and Bill Tay­lor have observed that “as we move into the third mil­len­nium, the church of Jesus Christ had become truly glob­al­ized, and mis­sions is now from all nations to all nations” (Hoke and Tay­lor 1999:19). With the growth of the Two-​​Thirds World Church, it has begun to assume a greater respon­si­bil­ity for world mis­sions (Harley 1995:4).
