Reg Allatt

Reg Allatt is the CEO and co-founder of Global Excel Management, a Sherbrooke-Quebec based company helping to transform and simplify access to quality healthcare globally for people, payers and providers.  Last year, Global Excel helped more than 2 million mobile people access healthcare in more than 100 countries.  Under Reg’s leadership, the company has grown to more than 1000 employees at 9 global offices who serve over 360 corporate clients worldwide, helping people access healthcare, providing analytics, and savings of hundreds of millions of dollars in healthcare claim costs annually.

Reg is responsible for ‎establishing corporate vision and strategy, strategic acquisitions, and enterprise-wide planning. He is also an advocate for local charities as well as international initiatives. His concern and compassion for disadvantaged women and children have led him to support GAiN Canada’s Water for Life program in Sub-Saharan Africa. Mr. Allatt and Global Excel have built a reputation not only as a growing employer and leader in their field, but also for the company’s steadfast support of community initiatives and as a champion of education and social causes.

Reg currently serves on the Power to Change Ministries Board as well as Jesus.net.

Reg received an honorary doctorate of civil law from Bishop’s University in 2017.

Reg and his wife Philippa have been married for 29 years and currently live on beautiful Lake Massawippi in the Eastern Townships.  They have four boys:  Thomas (married to Corinna), Daniel (married to Jessica), Mark and Stephen.
