Tyndale currently offers Co-operative Education in Business Administration. Our Business Co-op students can put their skills to work in:

How to Hire a Co-op Student

Simply contact the Co-op Office and we will guide you through an easy process to develop a job posting outlining the tasks and responsibilities of the position and skills required. The job posting will then be made available to a select group of eligible Co-op students. We will send you resumes of qualified candidates for review and schedule interviews with your shortlisted candidates either on campus or at your work place. Once you have selected the candidate that best meets your needs, job offers can be made through the Co-op Office.

Work Terms and Recruitment Dates

Tyndale offers three work term periods annually.

Responsibilities of a Co-op Employer
  • Provide employment in an area relevant to the student's area of study
  • Offer challenging work, ongoing training and supervision
  • Compensate students fairly based on job responsibility and market rate
  • Provide a written evaluation of the student's performance at the end of the work term
  • Report any concerns to the Co-op Coordinator
  • Be a mentor to our students
