Dr. Valerie Michaelson shares from her passion and years of experience in children's ministry about how to create a nurturing environment in the church for children.

Valerie Michaelson [DMin, University of Toronto; MCS, Regent College] is Associate priest at St James Anglican Church, Kingston and Anglican Chaplain to Queen's University. She is a visiting lecturer in the area of youth and children's ministry at Tyndale Seminary and Queen's University. Her publications include Connecting Young People & the Gospel: How Trinitarian Love Shapes Youth Ministry, 2005 and How to Nurture Intergenerational Community in Your Church, 2012.
