Dr. Hernandez discusses the concept of perfection through imperfection by looking at reaching towards one's inner self in solitude, reaching out to others through service and reaching up to God by actively seeking Him.

Dr. Hernandez [PhD Fuller Theological Seminary] is the founder and executive director of CenterQuest (www.CQCenterQuest.org) and manager of the Nouwen Legacy Associates (www.nouwenlegacy.com). A trained counselor and spiritual director, he regularly conducts retreats across North America and abroad and teaches on the spirituality of Henri Nouwen in various Protestant and Catholic seminaries and universities. Wil is the author of a trilogy on Henri Nouwen and the newly released Mere Spirituality: The Spiritual Life According to Henri Nouwen.
