Church as a Witnessing Community

Enables the student to explore the role of the Church's missional engagement in the broader community (neighbourhood, workplace, public institutions) and the role of Christian leadership in equipping the whole people of God for that engagement. Students will explore theologies of the laity, of calling, of sabbath and margin, of confident participation in public articulation of the Christian faith, of the congregation as hermeneutic of the gospel.
