Overview
Post-DMin Certificate in Leadership focuses on improving leadership capacity to understand systems, manage change, and develop as an organization.
Program Format & Courses
The Post-DMin Certificate is designed for people who already have a DMin but want to take additional courses as continued education. Students will complete 3 courses within 3 years.
Course titles, descriptions and sequence may be modified when warranted after due process by the DMin Program Committee and Academic Planning Committee.

Leadership Faculty & Instructors

Steve Brown
Steve Brown is the president of Arrow Leadership, overseeing this program across North America and is also an adjunct faculty at Wheaton College Graduate School. He is an ordained minister and author of Leading Me. He is passionate about the local church and has leadership experience in two church plants.

Robert Cousins
Robert Cousins has served as a missionary in theological education and leadership development with Africa Inland Mission in Kenya and Tanzania. For nearly 20 years he was the director of the Tyndale Intercultural Ministries Centre and works with AIM Canada as an urban consultant for multicultural leaders engaging in global mission.

Janyne Emsick
Janyne Peek Emsick is the president of Integrown Inc. and an expert in leadership development, organizational change and adult learning. She has over 20 years of global experience designing and leading custom programs for organizations and teaches around the world.

Paul Magnus
Paul Magnus is the Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Management and President Emeritus at Briercrest College and Seminary. He consults widely for churches and Christian organizations and is a trained leadership coach.

Morar Murray-Hayes
Morar Murray-Hayes is the senior minister at Maple Grove United Church and has over 40 years of pastoral and leadership experience. She has taught at theological schools in Ontario and British Columbia and specializes in revitalization of congregations, compliancy and interfaith dialogue.
