The athletic department is committed to building your physical fitness and abilities, wherever you are at. We have everything from competitive intramural sports to a walking club you can do with your friends. Students, at any skill level, are welcome to join in the intramural sports, fitness classes, and special events.

Play Sports

Enjoy some competition? Dream of making that play to win the game in overtime? Bond with fellow students over Tyndale’s many different intramural sports. Sign-up for your favourite sport and also try something new, like dodgeball, indoor soccer, floor hockey, and 3-on-3 basketball.

Get Fit

Getting in shape is one of the benefits of coming to a fitness class. You also get to know people, try new things, and maintain an active lifestyle. Sweat away the calories while you chat with your friends at the gym. Get fit with a sport like basketball or use the elliptical. Just drop in and be active.

Be Involved

Tyndale’s Athletics hosts special sporting events for you throughout the year. There is everything from Ultimate Frisbee and flag football to Liturgical Dance. Grab a group of friends, head down to the field, and challenge your athletics skills.
