Seminary Fall Retreat Registration

Complete this application to register for Tyndale Seminary Fall Retreat.

Retreat Fee

Early bird fee is $90 (ends Sept. 6).  This includes transportation to and from the retreat, lodging (including bedding & towels), and food.  

Spaces at the retreat are not confirmed until the application and payment have been received.  Please note that your fee is non-refundable.  Space is limited.

Payment Options

  • Credit card & PayPal - these payments are made through buzztix, the link will be provided once the application has been filled out.  Please note that there are additional fees added when using buzztix's services.
  • Cash - must be paid in person at Tyndale. Shannon Loewen, E308, will collect all cash payments.
  • Cheque - can be paid in person or mailed to Tyndale Attn: Shannon Loewen.  Please make the cheques payable to "Tyndale University College & Seminary".

Retreat Application

Personal Information:
This email will be used for all future communication about the retreat.
This helps us pair people of the same gender in rooms.
This includes if you are a vegetarian or vegan.
Room Information

There are 2 people per room.  Rooms have a double bed, and a pullout couch, bed linens & towels are provided.

Please put their full name(s). Please connect with the person to confirm that you'd like to room together.

If you do not have a preference with whom you share a room and have left the previous option blank, please fill out the sleep habits section.  This will help us match you with someone that has similar sleep habits.

Preferred sleep time: (1-early to bed, 5-who needs sleep)
Noise level in the room: (1-very quiet, 5-can sleep through anything)
Darkness level in the room: (1-need it very dark, 5-can sleep with the lights on)
In case of an Emergency

In the event of an emergency, it is important that you have these pieces of ID with you at the retreat.

  • License or other form of photo ID
  • Medical Health card (it must be the original) if you are Canadian OR Medical Insurance information, if you are an international student

If you have severe allergies that require an auto injection or epinephrine, please ensure you have it with you at all times. 

If you have any other health conditions or accessibility requirements that you are concerned about, please feel free to contact Shannon Loewen, Community Life Senior Manager, at sloewen [at] tyndale [dot] ca to explain and confirm your needs will be met at the retreat.

Tyndale University College & Seminary respects your privacy. Personal information that you provide to Tyndale will be protected at all times in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  In accordance with this act Tyndale is not permitted to discuss any information with parents/guardians or significant others without written consent from students who are 18 years of age and older.
