Event Type: Tyndale Spiritual Formation Centre
This module invites you to spend time in a highly experiential and discovery based session of creatively engaging with scripture. The day is interactive and will engage you in guided expressive arts exercises from the areas of literary, visual imagery, art-making, soundscapes and sacred movement. We will explore the biblical, cognitive, and spiritual formation principles that support the role of creativity and imagination in our faith journey. We will also visit your sacred story as it intertwines with the greater narrative that is God’s purpose for you. Because scripture, creativity, and the imagination authentically touch our interior selves, the healing of life’s inner hurts and past losses may occur
You will receive resources to continue exploring creativity and imagination in your spiritual journey.
