Capstone course that acknowledges the dynamics and impact of change, the need for balance and views the business interests of various organizational stakeholders and individuals in a broad social, political, technological and global context. By way of case studies and examination of current business affairs, students develop a Christian perspective on the complex environment of business and learn to apply ethical decision-making and sound judgment coupled with the best business practices to reach durable business decisions. Prerequisites: 18 credit hours in BUSI.
