Biography

Dr. Clark served at Tyndale University for 15 years and retired from her role as Sr. Vice President Academic and Dean of the Seminary in December 2020. Her education and experience in professional counselling and international service have shaped her lifelong interests in intercultural competence, counselling, theological education and the global church. She is Past-President of the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) and serves on a number of boards.

Dr. Clark holds a PhD from the University of Toronto and has a breadth of experience as a professor, academic administrator, and ministry practitioner. Previously she taught at McMaster Divinity College and Redeemer University College. Her background in professional counselling and international service in Indonesia have shaped her lifelong interests in intercultural competence, counselling, theological education and the global church. She brings to her work a passion for holistic theological education that interweaves the spiritual, intellectual, vocational, and missional dimensions of Christian leadership.
