Brenda Ho Promoted to Registrar of Tyndale University College & Seminary

Tyndale University College & Seminary is pleased to announce that Brenda Ho, Associate Registrar, has been promoted to the position of Registrar, effective May 1, 2014. In this position, she will have responsibility for the full operations of the Office of the Registrar along with an excellent team serving Tyndale University College & Seminary.

Brenda has been with Tyndale’s Office of the Registrar for almost 14 years. On several occasions during this time, she stepped up to very competently shoulder the responsibilities of the Registrar. Among other things, Brenda led the implementation of the Jenzabar EX system, online registration and established a very strong office staff.

Prior to her time at Tyndale, Brenda was the Executive Officer at The Open University of Hong Kong and the Education Officer at Hong Kong Overseas Studies Centre. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Honours Diploma in Economics, both from Hong Kong Baptist University.

“Brenda has assisted and supported me in my role as Registrar for the last three years,” said Dr. Barry Smith, Senior Vice President Academic and Dean of Tyndale University College (effective May 1, 2014). “I can’t think of a person more eminently qualified for the Registrar position than Brenda. Her commitment to our students, faculty and the policies central to our educational excellence provide us with a valuable asset and invaluable contribution.”
