Electronics Policy
Professors have the right to prohibit the use in class of some or all electronic communication devices. Students who require electronic devices (such as laptop computers) because of officially documented disabilities will be exempted from such prohibitions.
Recording of Classes
- Students must request permission from the professor of the particular class that they would like to record.
- Where permission is granted, students are expected to supply their own equipment.
- If a student is not able to attend a lecture and would like to have it recorded, it is the responsibility of the student to obtain the professor’s permission, find another student to record the lecture and to supply that student with the recording device.
