Biography

Michael Starr has served as an educator and administrator for the Halton Catholic District School Board for the past 34 years. Having received a Master of Education degree from the University of Toronto, his career has spanned six different schools within Halton Region, the past 23 years serving as Principal.  He has been instrumental in establishing the Mentorship Program within Halton Catholic assisting new teachers and administrators adjust and thrive to their roles within the profession.  Michael brings his passion for establishing positive classroom culture to his role as Faculty Advisor with Tyndale University.
