Office Hours (1), (2) Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Evening Class and Computer Lab Support There is no on-site after hours support at this time.  Please contact the HELP extension or e-mail StudentITHelp@tyndale.ca for support.  A technician will get back to you during the next business day.
  Saturday, Sunday and Holidays Closed
The HelpDesk is always available.

1. Closed during Community Chapel on Wednesdays from 11:20AM - 12:15PM and Fridays from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.

2. For Out of Office Support, contact reception to have a technician paged.

Who We Are

Information Technology, a department of the Finance and Administration division, provides information technology tools and services to encourage and enable effective learning and processes resulting in increased satisfaction for students, faculty, and staff.

What We Support

Tyndale Information Technology (IT) Support is a central point of contact for members of the Tyndale Community to address all computer, network, and telephone related issues.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Tyndale owned computers and peripherals
  • Classroom technology
  • Printers and Copiers provided by Tyndale
  • Tyndale wireless network
  • Tyndale office and residence phones
  • MyTyndale.ca, Classes.tyndale.ca, Open.tyndale.ca
  • @Tyndale.ca and @mytyndale.ca e-mail domains

Students, Faculty, and Staff are responsible for the understanding and care of their personal computers, peripherals, and mobile devices, both hardware and software.
