Ticket (preferred)

Students can log in at helpdesk.tyndale.ca and select Student Request under the request type. Fill out the form and we’ll process your request.

Students can email StudentITHelp [at] tyndale [dot] ca. Please include your Student ID number along with your request.

If you’d like to reach us by phone you can call 416.226.6620 x4375 and leave a voicemail. Please include your name, Student ID number, and a return number. We will get back to you as soon as we are able.

Evening Class and Computer Lab Support After hours support is from 5:00PM until 8:00PM.  Please contact reception at extension 0 and a technician will be paged to your location.
   Holidays Closed
The HelpDesk is always available [employees only].

1 Closed during Community Chapel on Tuesdays from 11:20AM - 12:15PM.
Monday - Thursday Hours are 8AM - 5PM during the Spring & Summer semesters.
Saturday IT support is available upon request for campus events.
