How To: Grade Submission

From your course page
  1. Log into
  2. Select the course for which you wish to submit final grades
  3. Find the "Navigation" menu (left-hand of the screen)

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the list until you see the “Final Grades” menu / box.
    Inside this box you will find a list of all of the Students registered in your class along with a grade (if gradebook has been used).

  5. Scroll to the bottom of this box where you will find a link titled “Finalize Grades and Submit”.  Click on this link.

  6. You will see a list of your Students, with a “Grade” drop-down menu and a “Submit” checkbox.

  7. Select the grade that the Student has earned (gradbook grades will already be selected please verify them before submitting).
  8. Check the checkboxes beside each Student for which you are submitting grades. If you are submitting all grades check the "Toggle All" checkbox at the bottom of the list to select all submit boxes. Grades can be submitted all at one or a few at a time.

  9. Click "Submit Grades" any grades that have been submitted will display with the word "(submitted)". Grades that have been submitted will not be able to be changed. Any changes to this grade will be to be communicated directly to the Registrar's office.

  10. Students will not be able to view their final grade via  They will need to log into where the grade will show up on their unofficial transcript once the registrar releases grades.
