Geri Rodman

Geri is currently an executive and life coach working with global not-for-profit and for-profit executives and entry level employees.

For 18 years, Geri served as the President and CEO of InterVarsity Canada, an organization that purposes to experience extraordinary transformation of youth, students, and graduates across Canada.

Geri lived and worked in California and Bogota, Colombia and travelled extensively globally, allowing her to bring cross-cultural relevant insight to situations.

Geri was educated at the University of Toronto, Wheaton College and Gordon-Conwell. She received a Doctor of Ministry in leadership, specializing in continuous succession planning and development of future leaders. She is certified in several leadership assessment tools.

Geri has served on several Boards. She has served on boards of Regent College, Evangelical Fellowship of Canada and currently serves with Water Ambassadors Board.

Geri has a passion to see leaders at all levels of organizations thrive and flourish in their respective chosen work fields. 

Geri lives in a community household of long-term friends and ministry colleagues in South Etobicoke along with Boon, a Bichon cross dog.
