Examines the strengths and weaknesses of various research methods and their appropriate applications within the social sciences. Research designs include qualitative studies, single subject designs, surveys, naturalistic observation, correlational studies, developmental designs and a variety of experimental designs. Same as PSYC 360. Prerequisites: MATH 121, SOCI 101, 102.
