Opportunity Description: Interns will work alongside full-term AIM missionaries to be exposed to ministry among an unreached people group. The internship will involve coming alongside a full-term AIM missionary for discipleship whilst working through curriculum with a clear focus on an unreached people group. Where possible, interns will work in 2’s or 3’s.
Internships can range from 3 months up to 1 year. Language learning and other curriculum (i.e. spiritual disciplines, cross-cultural communication, spiritual warfare) will be required. The intern will be expected to come alongside a peer from a local African church to engage them in discussion about cross-cultural ministry. Where opportunity permits interns will go on a one month exposure trip to work and live among an unreached people group.
Additional Information: Individuals will be required to fundraise for expenses. Costs will vary depending on location and length of placement.
