To create a sense of community among students in modular programs and members of the teaching faculty, an annual fellowship dinner is held the week before the first winter course begins. This provides students and faculty the opportunity to share dinner, conversation and get to know each other better. A guest speaker is also invited to give a talk about life and ministry.

Prior to the dinner, an orientation is held for incoming students who will begin their studies in the winter term.
